For over 40 years Ranco has served the Northeastern United States as a general and electrical contractor self-performing interior and exterior electrical, solar systems, generators, fire alarms, interior carpentry, ACT ceilings, framing, drywall, painting, site work, septic systems, cast in place concrete, curbs, sidewalks all with our own skilled labor and equipment.  In almost every project self-performing can benefit the project

project, but more importantly, self-perform capabilities adds value to all clients through cost savings with a thorough knowledge of task-related labor requirements, material options and availability.  During preconstruction, self-perform knowledge provides owners and architects with accurate budget information for their designs as well as viable material alternatives providing the best value for each project in cost savings, competitive scheduling, quality, and safety.

Now in its 3rd generation, Ranco continues to stand by the philosophy and steadfast values established by Ranco’s founder, Robert Barry.  Once a small family operated electrical contracting firm, Barry Electric grew to a collaborative team of construction and design specialists.  Ranco has recently been awarded the New Jersey Governor’s “We Value our Veterans” Employer Award.  An honor symbolizing Ranco’s core values to honor and safeguard our military, veterans, and all first

responders such as police and firefighters.

At Ranco, “We Build to Protect” is much more than a tagline.
